About the Governor's Luncheon for Scouting

The Governor’s Luncheon for Scouting is an annual event that brings together community leaders, business professionals, and youth development advocates to celebrate the positive impact of Scouting in our communities. Hosted by the Governor of Indiana, this luncheon serves as a platform to share inspiring stories of leadership, service, and growth achieved through Scouting programs. It is also an opportunity to recognize the dedication of volunteers, community partners, and donors who make it possible to provide life-changing experiences for thousands of young people across the state.

In addition to celebrating Scouting’s achievements, the Governor’s Luncheon is crucial in securing financial support for the Crossroads of America Council. Proceeds from the event directly benefit local Scouting programs, helping to provide resources, training, and opportunities for youth to develop the skills and values needed to become tomorrow’s leaders. This meaningful gathering underscores the importance of investing in the next generation and fostering a sense of responsibility, character, and community spirit.
